This training covers issues of definitions of anger, how anger problems develop, a multi-pathway model of anger, along with a range of CBT interventions as they apply to Anger problems. This two-day course can be taken as an independent stand-alone course or as a module of:

Anger problems are a central emotional difficulty both as a standalone and in a wide range of other emotional problems – from grief and anxiety to self-harm and PTSD to bullying and offending.
