A practical one day course full of useful action points and ideas for supervisors and managers to use to make an immediate difference for their supervisees.
There are no quick fixes in our current environment with major organisational and client pressures. However there are clear strategies for supervisors to use which are helpful, plus pitfalls to avoid.
The day splits into two parts: Organisational issues which managers can influence and which supervisors can highlight and supervision processes which can be used to identify and rectify burnout.
This course is applicable for both private and employed supervisors/supervisees.
